Privacy notice
This notice explains how cense ("cense") handles personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Last updated 17 October 2026.
What we collect
- From the website analysis form: your name, company, WhatsApp number, email (optional), website address and your answers about the business.
- From WhatsApp: the messages you send us and your number.
- From the website: the page you were on, campaign tags in the link, and a record of WhatsApp button clicks. We use Google Analytics to count visits; it sets analytics cookies and does not receive your form answers. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send the website analysis you asked for.
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a quote.
- To send occasional updates, only if you ticked the box for them.
When you submit the form, we record the consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our systems: website hosting, database hosting, Google Analytics and WhatsApp. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Analysis requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client.
Your choices
- Withdraw consent, or opt out of updates, at any time.
- Ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you.
To do either, message us on WhatsApp. We reply within 30 days.
