Move your website off WordPress, keep every post and ranking.

WordPress exports posts, pages, comments and media links as an XML file. We import the content into a Next.js site with no plugins to update, re-host every image and redirect every address.

  • Every indexed URL kept or redirected
  • Rankings measured at 30 and 90 days
  • Email untouched, domain stays yours

What moves from WordPress

  • Posts and pagesExported as WordPress XML with categories, tags and dates, and imported one to one.
  • MediaThe export links to images rather than including them. WordPress.com offers a separate media library export; self-hosted sites give us the uploads folder. Every file is re-hosted.
  • CommentsExported with the posts. Kept as static text or dropped, your call.
  • FormsPlugin forms are rebuilt in-house; submissions to your database and WhatsApp.
  • WooCommerceProducts, customers and orders export as CSV. Checkout is rebuilt with Stripe and PayNow.
  • Domain and emailDomain and mail stay where they are. Only the website records change.

Common questions · leaving WordPress

What does the WordPress export include?

Posts, pages, comments, categories, tags and links to media files, as XML. Themes, plugins and settings are not included, and media files must be downloaded separately.

Why leave WordPress?

Plugins need updates and break; hosting and licences recur; page speed suffers. A Next.js site has no plugins and no monthly fee.

Can we keep writing posts?

Yes. A simple editor on your own database, or a marketing agent that drafts articles nightly for your approval.

Does WooCommerce move?

Yes. Products, customers and orders export as CSV. The store is rebuilt with Stripe and PayNow, or on Shopify if the catalogue needs it.

What does the migration cost?

Quoted in full before we start, after the Day 0 call. There is no monthly maintenance fee afterwards.

Who owns the new website?

You do: the domain, the code, the hosting account and the database.
